Nick Blewett's group had 15 x 20's 12 x 30's & 3 x 40's I am waiting for the weight's and pic's & will update as soon as I recieve them.After talking to Nick last night he assured me he was coming back.

Just had a report in from a group of 7 lads that have fished here last April. They have just returned from a week here that proved to be a tricky week with the weather being quite unsetteled, however, they managed some good catches.

J moved 3 times from No5 swim into No7 swim where the previous week the swim produced. After a day where the Bream were spawning J managed 10 fish topped with a PB 28lb 10oz common, a 33lb 9oz, 35lb 4oz and a PB 43lb mirror all from near the small island on pop-ups and fake corn.

Andy fished in the Gate Swim (No1) and managed 7 fish including a 29lb 9oz PB common and also a 38lb 6oz Leather!... all taken from the margins 1ft from the bank.

Spraggy fished the same swim as last year, No11 the church point. After struggling for a few days he watched the fish fizzing a few rod lengths out and banked a PB 38lb 2oz mirror with a 31lb 3oz and a 25lb'er to follow up.

Nev only had 1 carp... his PB was 29lb... it's now 40lb 11oz. It only takes 1 fish to make the week.... his words!

Steve fished the Point Swim No12, the previous week this swim produced some good fish and with the pick of the draw he fished for a few days without a fish. He watched the fish feeding in the bay to the left and fished a single pop-up to bank 7 fish the smallest being a 27lb 8oz common. He had 3 30's to 36lb 8oz and topped it of with a PB 41lb 4oz mirror. Steve's average worked out at 37lb+...not bad.

All the lads said they had a great week especially the BBQ with Paul the bailiff for one of the lads birthdays...loads of food and beer!

They did say that despite the fishing being a little slow, the quality and stamp oif fish over last year was much better so will be coming back next year for even bigger fish.

This week Graham White's group have Banked 25 fish so far to 43lb I got that report this morning just just 3 days into their week.will fill this week in this coming weekend

May 27 Just got latest from Lake Graham's lad's finished up with 53 fish(6 anglers)to 44lb 2x40 13x30 to 39lb
35x20 to 29lb 3dbl's.All Bait seem's t b catching and our own brand seem's t b catching the most.I am off to the lake myself tomorrow for 3 weeks will update on my return
